The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Post-Warranty Service And Maintenance, Prevention, Diagnostics And Repair Of Motor Vehicles (Mvs), As Well As Delivery By Purchase Of Spare Parts And Consumables For A Total Of 14 (Fourteen) Units Of Official Mvs. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes: 1) The Performance Of Prevention, Diagnostics And Repairs Of 14 Vehicles Owned By Tp Dgs - Borino - 3 (Three) Motorcycles, 5 (Five) Cars And 6 (Six) Trucks. 2) Comprehensive Vehicle Maintenance, Including All Vehicle Servicing, Repair And Maintenance Operations. 3) Delivery Through Purchase And Installation Of Spare Parts And Consumables For 14 Vehicles Owned By Tp Dgs - Borino - 3 (Three) Motorcycles, 5 (Five) Cars And 6 (Six) Trucks. 4) The Delivered Spare Parts And Consumables Must Be Original And/Or Compatible For The Respective Brand Of Vehicle, Factory New And Meet The Quality Requirements In The Republic Of Bulgaria. 5) The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Check The Delivery Prices Of Spare Parts And Consumables. 6) Technical Maintenance And Repair Includes: • Diagnostics, Service And Repair Of Engine, Chassis, Brake System, Fuel System, Ignition System, Steering System, Clutch, Gearbox, Differential, Replacement Of Consumables (Oils, Filters, Antifreeze, Brake Fluid) - If Necessary. • Replacement Of Exhaust Pipes And Pots - If Necessary. • Auto Body And Painting Services - If Necessary. • Other Repairs - If Necessary. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right, Upon Acquisition Of Motor Vehicles/Vehicles For Which Warranty Service Is Not Included, To Include The Same In The Scope Of The Order, Within The Estimated Value For The Performance Of The Services And Related Deliveries, Subject Of The Order. A Complete Description Of The Obligations Of The Selected Contractors In The Performance Of Services And Supplies Is Contained In This Documentation, In The Technical Specification Appendix No. 1, And In The Draft Contract - Appendix No. 4, Which Are An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation.
