Tender For Repair Of Central Ac Plant And Connected Items At Rjouri Under Ge 862 Ews - M&L for descaling and cleaning of shell and tube water cooled/air cooled condensers of the A/C plants of followingcapacities afterdismantling the water lines and headers and cleaning with chemical, suitable wire brush and washing soda to remove the dirt andwater scaling and refixing the water lines and headers including provision of new gaskets, in every 03 months etc complete all as directed byEngr-in-Charge.Note:- Cost of transportation and all petty spares required/from dismantling to recommisioning deemed to be included in the quoted rates.(a)12.5 x 4 TR (50 TR)capacity at U/G Signal Central AC Plant 2 M& L for servicing along with chemicals for pahar pur cooling tower of 40 TR capacity all as specified and as directed. 3 M&L for complete servicing of 01 AHU of 40 TR including chemical cleaning of cooling coils, filters etc. including cost of all chemicals and consumable materials required at site all as specified and as directed. 4 M&L in complete servicing of Y strainers of 2 chilled water and 2 condenser water pumps including replacement of strainer mesh whenever required all as specified and as directed. 5 S&F in replacement of sprinkler and spray nozzles high pressure for cooling tower as per site all as specified and directed. 6 S&F in replacement of air filters of ahu of 40 TR, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 7 M & L for servicing to condensor coil assembly includingpressure test withnitrogen gas and soldering to leakage with copper soldering machinecomplete all as specified and as directed 8 M&L in replacement of PLC controller for compressor of make bluestar, complete all as specified and directed. 9 Supply and fix in replacement Pressure transducer control device differantial type all as specified and as directed. 10 S&F in repair Hp/Lp switch as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed. 11 Supply and fillingRefrigerant gas R-407_A for AC plant compressor complete all as specified and as directed. 12 Supply and fix in replacement copper tubing of existing 3/8 " size at cooling coil assembly complete all as specified and as directed 13 S & F in repair air filter core (HEPA Filter) for package type AC plant for suction line complete all as specified and directed. 14 Supply and fix in replacement of expansion valve all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 15 S&F in repair and maintenance of humidity controller, heater including internal wiring and replace of any part of internal body all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 16 Supply and fix in replacement strip heater double tube (3KW)for 10 TR package type AC plant complete all as specified and directed. 17 Repair replacement of in repair of scroll compressor of cap 12.5 tr , with its parts orbiting scroll, crankshaft drive pully,tip seal housing, cooling fan ,internal oil pump, motor, complete all as specified and directed. 18 Supply and fix in repair V-Belt for motor B-79 all as specified and as directed. 19 Repair and servicing of blower with complete accessories as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed. 20 Supply and fix in replacement of pipe 50 mm GI pipe(Heavy grade) with complete accessories nut bolts , weldingcomplete all as specified and directed. 21 Supply and fix in replacement of Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed of 15 mm boreall as specified and as directed . 22 As per serial item no. 21 above but size 25 mm bore
