Tender For Repairs To Area Drain And Misc Work Under Ge Mceme Secuderabad - Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including quoins, arches, pillars etc., and precast concrete articles and disposing off the rubbish materials outside MD land as specified and directed 2 Demolition of Cement Concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed. 3 Demolition of cement concrete of any description in any position (Reinforced), complete all as specified and directed. 4 Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for and all as directed. 5 Taking down plastering in cement mortar on brick or stone wall/ ceilings etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.complete all as specified 6 M&L for brickwork with fly ash modular bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. 7 M&L Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:8 and complete all as specified and directed. 8 All as per Item No. 7.00 above but except stone complete all as specified and directed. 9 M&LPre-cast cement concrete block masonry type 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate with solid blocks, exc. 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 and complete all as specified and directed. 10 M&L PCC in Cement concrete foundations, filling and mass-concrete type C2 (1:3:6) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed. 11 Cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) in benching, coping and the like including weatheringslightly rounded or chamfered angles as directed including form work and finishig all exposed surfaces including necessary form etc. complete all as specified. 12 M&L cement type C2 1:3:6, using 20mm aggregate in surface channel and drains etc, complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 13 M&L Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) and complete all as specified. 14 S&F MS Framed work such as grills, gratings, gates etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 and all as directed. 15 M&L for preparation of new steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide primer including preparation of new steel/iron surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and all as directed. 16 M&L for preparation of old steel surface applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide primer including preparation of new steel/iron surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and all as directed. 17 Cleaning/Disilting drain of depth not exc 1.5M and cleaning of all mud/wastage of any other material etc. and cleaning and uprooting of grass/vegetation upto a distance of 1M from both side of drain including opening of cover slab and repositioning of the same after cleaning all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Note :- Wastage and mud shall be removed and dispose off outside MoD land) 18 M&L for raking out joints/ pointing to to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses or in floors, surface channels, roofs, etc all as specified and dierected. 19 M&L to flush pointing in cement mortar 1:4 to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses or concrete block walling complete all as specified and directed. 20 M&L RCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in pre-cast cover slabs for manholes incl necessary form work set in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed. 21 S&F TMT bars bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.
