The Property Manager Must Know How To Use Granlund Manager And The Fidelix Building Automation System. The Customer Organizes An Introduction To The Technical Systems As Needed. The Actual Contract Period Is April 15, 2026 - April 14, 2028. It Is Possible To Extend The Contract For Two One-Year Contract Periods From 15.4.2028 To 14.4.2029 And 15.4.2029 To 14.4.2030 At The Decision Of The Subscriber. Based On The Bids, Three (3) Contract Suppliers Will Be Selected For The Framework Arrangement In Order Of Ranking. Orders Are Always Assigned To The Supplier Ranked First In The Ranking, And If It Is Not Possible To Offer The Service, The Order Is Placed From The Supplier Ranked Second Or Even Third. The Response Time For Responding To The Order Is Two (2) Days, And Seven (7) Days For Starting The Service After That.
