Tenders are invited for Team Lead - GIL Advanced Incubation Program. Background: The Generation of Innovation Leaders (GIL) Project aims to support youth-led startups and innovation-driven initiatives through structured incubation, mentorship, and capacity-building programs. As part of the Advanced Incubation phase, the project will provide selected teams with intensive technical, business, and market readiness support. To ensure effective delivery and coordination of this phase, Berytech seeks to recruit a dedicated Team Lead to manage program implementation, stakeholder coordination, and participant support over a five-month period. 2. Purpose of the Assignment The purpose of this assignment is to lead and oversee the implementation of the GIL Advanced Incubation Program, ensuring high quality delivery, effective coordination among stakeholders, and successful outcomes for participating teams. 3. Scope of Work The Team Lead will be responsible for the overall management and execution of the Advanced Incubation phase, including but not limited to: - Plan, coordinate, and monitor all activities related to the Advanced Incubation Program. - Lead the day-to-day implementation of the incubation roadmap and timeline. - Coordinate with mentors, trainers, technical experts, and service providers. - Provide guidance and support to participating startups and innovation teams. - Track progress of teams against milestones and deliverables. - Organize incubation sessions, workshops, mentorship meetings, and review panels. - Ensure documentation, reporting, and compliance with project requirements. - Liaise with internal teams, partners, and donors as required. - Identify risks and propose mitigation measures throughout the program lifecycle. 4. Deliverables - A detailed implementation plan and timeline for the Advanced Incubation phase. - Regular progress reports (monthly) - Documented mentorship and training schedules. - Performance tracking tools and milestone assessments for each team. - Final program report summarizing outcomes, challenges, lessons learned, and recommendations. 5. Duration and Level of Effort - Contract duration: 5 months. - Expected level of effort: Full-time - Availability for coordination meetings and key program activities. 6. Reporting Line The Team Lead will report to the GIL Project Manager and work closely with the incubation team, mentors, and partner organizations. 7. Required Qualifications and Experience - Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Management, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in incubation, entrepreneurship support programs, project management, or innovation ecosystems. - Proven experience leading or managing incubation or acceleration programs. - Strong understanding of startup development, business modeling, and market validation. - Excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills. - Experience working with youth, startups, or donor-funded projects is an asset. - Fluency in English and Arabic. 8.
