Guard Services – Security Services In The Bmukn (Bonn). The Gate And Security Service On The Bmukn Property Includes Services In The Area Of Internal Security In The Reception Area At Robert-Schuman-Platz 3, The Entrance To Heinrich-Von-Stephan-Straße, Interior And Exterior Security Of The Service Building As Well As At Conferences And Other Events In Accordance With The Needs Of The Authorities Housed In The Building. There Are A Total Of Around 1,200 Employees At The Property. The Flow Of Visitors Varies And Usually Depends On Events Taking Place In The Building. Events With External Visitors Are Held Almost Every Day. There Is Also Regular Visitor Traffic To The Canteen. The Basis For The Performance Of The Service Is The Currently Valid Version Of The Service Instructions For The Gate Service In The Bmukn Including The Associated Appendices And The Underlying Contract. The Service Instructions Including The Associated Appendices Will Be Sent After The Contract Has Been Awarded. In Addition To The Regular Standard Service, All Other Security Services Such As Construction Site Security, Personal Protection, Event Protection, Etc. May Be Required Depending On Your Needs. These Are Only Queried In The Price Sheet As Individual Prices. The Service Is Provided According To Individual Orders Or Billing Is Based On The Hours Actually Worked (Proof Required) At The Respective Hourly Rate Including The Collectively Binding Surcharges. The Security Personnel Must Be Staffed As Follows: Staffing Of The Entrances: - Main Entrance At Robert-Schuman-Platz 3 (On Weekdays (Mon-Fri) From 5:45 A.M. To 7:00 P.M., Two People Per Shift) - Deep Courtyard Entrance / Heinrich-Von-Stephan-Straße Danger Alarm Center (Monday - Sunday 24 Hours / Two People Per Shift Per Day) In Addition, Additional Staff Or Additional Services May Be Required For The Main Entrance And Deep Courtyard Areas. Hazard Reporting Center As Well As For Any Special Areas (Such As Construction Site Surveillance), Which Is Commissioned Separately In Specific Cases Of Need. To Process The Service, The Shift Schedules Are Drawn Up By The Contact Person Responsible For The Property, Taking Into Account The Labor Law And Contractual Framework Conditions. These Shift Schedules Take Into Account The Required Continuity In The Performance Of Tasks, As Well As The Usual Operating Hours Of The Building And In Particular The Partial Cooperation With The Contractors Technical Or Infrastructural External Or In-House Staff. The Monthly Shift Schedule Will Be Communicated To The Ag In Advance One Week Before The End Of The Month. Full Shifts Should Preferably Be Carried Out. The Client Is Entitled To Check At Any Time Whether The Staff Reported By The Contractor In The Deployment Plan Corresponds To The Staff Actually Employed. The Contractor Must Present A Deployment Planning Concept For Staff Absences (E.G. Sickness Absence, Vacation Time, Termination Of An Employee). He Has To Ensure That This Is Also The Case
