1) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Expansion Of The Street Lighting Network In The Following Towns: Ilkowice, Ul. Wesoła And Żabno, Ul. Cmentarna And Szkotnik. The Purpose Of Expanding The Street Lighting Network Is To Improve The Safety Of Road And Pedestrian Traffic, Increase The Level Of Public Safety, Improve The Comfort Of Using Public Space After Dark And Increase The Standard And Efficiency Of The Lighting Infrastructure.2) The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into 3 Parts: A) Part 1 - Extension Of The Street Lighting Network On Plots No. 482, 486, Ul. Wesoła In Ilkowice. As Part Of This Part Of The Order, The Following Scope Of Works Will Be Performed:• Geodetic Marking Out Of The Cable Route And Pole Positions;• Earth Excavations For The Cable Route And Pole Positions;• Performing Jacking With The Arrangement Of Protective Pipes;• Laying Power Cables In The Protective Pipes And On The Power Pole;• Establishing Pole Foundations;• Installation Of Lighting Poles;• Installation Of Lighting Fixtures;• Installation Of Earthings;• Carrying Out Measurements Resistance Of Cables And Wires, Earthing Resistance;• Backfilling Of Excavations And Soil Compaction;• Installation Of The Rsa Disconnector On The Connection Pole;• Making Electrical Connections, Connection To The Network;• Carrying Out Measurements Of Earthing Resistance And The Effectiveness Of Anti-Shock Protection;• Restoring The Construction Site To Its Previous State;• Geodetic Inventory. In Addition, A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract For Part 1 Are Determined By:  Bill Of Quantities Works - Annex No. 4.1 To Swz  Design Documentation - Annex No. 5.1 To Swz,  Stwiorb - Annex No. 6.1 To Swz,  Designed Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 7 To Swz3) The Designed Contractual Provisions Adopt The Principle Of Lump Sum Remuneration, So The Bill Of Quantities Included In The Order Documentation Is Also Intended To Enable The Valuation Of Individual Elements Works.4) The Ordering Party Expects The Contractor To Provide The Price For Each Part Of The Order For Which It Is Submitting An Offer, As A Lump Sum Price, Which Includes The Execution Of All Elements Of The Order That Are The Subject Of The Drawing And Text Of The Order Documents, Including Vat Applicable On The Day Of Submitting The Offer.5) Before Signing The Contract With The Selected Contractor, The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Present A Simplified Offer Cost Estimate, Prepared Separately For Each Part, Based On The Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Stwiorb And A Possible On-Site Visit Carried Out By The Contractor.6) In Addition, As Part Of The Subject Of The Order (Within The Scope Of Each Part Of The Order), The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Ensure That The Works Are Managed By Persons With Specialization Qualifications Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Entrusted Task And Keep A Construction Or Investment Log During The Implementation Period (If One Is Requir
