1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Removal Of Failures And Maintenance Of Road Lighting Devices On Some Streets In Dzierżoniów. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Services On The Lighting Infrastructure With Due Diligence In A Way That Ensures Technical Efficiency, In Accordance With The Current Level Of Technical Knowledge, Occupational Health And Safety And Environmental Protection Regulations As Well As Currently Applicable Standards And Legal Provisions. 1.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Replacement Of Damaged Light Sources Along With Checking/Replacing The Protection In The Pole; 2) Replacement Of Damaged Lighting Fixtures; 3) Checking The Power Supply To The Lighting Circuit (Including Switching On The S-Type Fuse, If Present); 4) Checking The Power Supply Of The Lighting Circuit, Including Replacing The Bm Fuse; 5) Checking The Power Supply Of The Lighting Circuit, Including Replacing The Bi Type Fuse; 6) Checking The Control System, Including Adjusting The Astronomical Clock Settings; 7) Replacing The Power Supply In The Led Fixture; 8) Replacement Of Elements Of The Ignition And Control System (E.G. Igniter, Ballast) In The Sodium/Metal Halide Fitting; 9) Replacement Of Existing Pole Joints With Izk; 10) Securing The Road Lighting Switchgear Damaged As A Result Of The Elements Or Third Parties, Along With Securing The Electrical Installation, Tidying Up The Incident Site And Transferring Waste For Disposal; 11) Dismantling A Road Lighting Pole Destroyed As A Result Of The Action Of Natural Elements Or Third Parties, Along With Cleaning Up The Scene Of The Incident, Securing The Electrical Installation And Transferring Waste For Disposal; 12) Testing Of A Section Of A Road Lighting Cable Line (Measuring Insulation Resistance); 13) Location Of The Damage To The Road Lighting Cable; 14) Straightening Crooked Poles To The Correct Position; 15) Supplementing The Missing Closures Of Column Recesses And Lighting Cabinets; 16) Repair Of Cable Failure; 17) Other Events Related To The Functioning Of Lighting.
