I. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Organization Of A Trip Including Travel On The Bernese Railway (Bernina Express) And Visits To Alpine Lakes For Max. 124 Participants In Two Rounds: - April 30, 2026 - May 4, 2026 - 59 People - May 7, 2026 - May 11, 2026 - 65 People, Including Transport, Tolls, Parking Lots, Accommodation, Meals, Insurance And Entrance Tickets And Reservation Fees In Accordance With The Scope Of Services Below. Ii. Scope Of Services: As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide: 1. Transport: A) Coach Travel Including All Road And Parking Fees, Entry Fees To Cities. B) The Ordering Party Determines The Place Of Departure And Arrival From The Location: Gliwiceul. Kopalniana 1.C) The Contractor Will Provide A Coach That Meets The Requirements Specified In The Road Traffic Law. The Contractor Guarantees Transport During The Entire Trip By A Higher Standard Coach, Meeting The Minimum Euro-4 Ecological Standard, Equipped With Air Conditioning With Individual Air Vents, Toilet, Coach Sound System Including A Microphone, Comfortable Wide Seats (Possibility Of Adjusting The Seats - Various Positions, Taking Into Account The Participation Of Disabled People With Limited Mobility. 2. Accommodation: A) 2 Nights In Hotels At Least **** In Double And Triple Rooms With Bathrooms And Toilets, Single Beds Without Extra Beds, Bunk Beds Are Not Allowed; The Facility Provides Free Bedding - Separate For Each Participant; Rooms Located In One Complex. B) The Ordering Party, In Exceptional Situations Occurring After Signing The Contract And Not Attributable To The Contractor, Allows For The Possibility Of Changing The Hotel, E.G. C) In The Case Of Morning Departures By Train, The Maximum Distance Of The Hotel From The Railway Station Is Max. 20 Km.3.
