The City Of Prince Rupert Is Seeking Proposals From Qualified Proponents For The Relocation Of The City Building Known As Kwinitsa Station (311 Bill Murray Drive, Prince Rupert Bc) To A New Location Approximately 150 Metres To The North-East. Relocating The Structure Is Part Of A Broader Waterfront Redevelopment Plan In The Area, And The Intention Is To Create A New Place For The Historical Railway Station Parallel To The Rail Tracks And Next To The Heritage Cn Station Nearby. The City Expects The Contractor To Provide The Actual Relocation Of The Building As Well As Planning Support And Coordination With The City Project Team Leading Up To And Following The Relocation To Ensure All Needed Conditions Are Met. No Mandatory Site Meeting Will Be Held For This Opportunity; However Any Proponents Interested In Visiting The Site Prior To Submission May Arrange A Site Visit By Contacting Thekristin Ziebart, Facilities And Maintenance Manager, Prior To February 27, 2026.
