The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Covering 24/7 Maintenance Of The Patency Of The Municipal Stormwater Sewage System Discharging Rainwater And Snowmelt Water, As Well As Engineering Facilities Located Therein Or Related To It, Ensuring Completeness And Continuity Of Services. 2. The Area Covered By The Subject Of The Order Covers The Entire Administrative Area Of The Kosakowo Commune. The Length Of The Rainwater Network Including The Sewers Is Approximately 70 Km, The Number Of Inlets Is Approximately 2,200, And The Number Of Wells Is Approximately 2,500. Pumping Stations On Ul. The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach To The Acceptance Report Of Work For Maintaining The Stormwater Network, Confirmation Of Waste Acceptance By The Treatment Plant For The Period Covered By The Report. 6) Maintaining A 24-Hour Emergency Service In Case Of Emergencies, 7) Transferring All Waste From The Maintenance Of The Stormwater Network And Related Facilities (As Part Of The Monthly Remuneration) To Appropriate Disposal Sites, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach To The Acceptance Report Of Work For Maintaining The Stormwater Network, Confirmation Of Waste Acceptance By The Treatment Plant For The Period Covered By The Report. 8) Maintaining A 24-Hour Emergency Service Regarding Emergency Situations, Including: A) Ongoing Monitoring Of Weather Forecasts, Including Messages And Warnings From The Institute Of Meteorology And Water Management, B) Ongoing Cooperation With Rescue And Municipal Services As Part Of The Municipal Crisis Management Staff, C) Immediate Action In Emergency Situations By Securing Places
