Painting Work Of Buildings – Painting Work - New Building Building 32 Renovation Kea. In March 2023, The Hemer City Council Decided To Continue Operating The Municipal Initial Reception Facility (Kea) For Refugees Located On Municipal Property In The Deilinghofen District For An Indefinite Period Of Time. The Aim Is To Permanently Provide 250 Places To Accommodate Refugees And Homeless People. (See Meeting Template / Minutes Of The Council Meeting On June 20, 2023) In Order To Ensure This, The Existing Building Of A Former British Military Facility From The 1950S Must Be Fundamentally Renovated And Upgraded If It Is To Continue To Be Used As An Initial Reception Facility At Least In The Medium Term. The Aim Is To Find A Sustainable Solution That Should Enable A Further Service Life Of Up To Approx. 20 Years. Based On Existing Studies, It Can Be Assumed That The Existing Buildings Are Generally Contaminated With Pollutants. As Part Of A Pollution Cleanup, Building 32 Will Therefore Be Dismantled Down To The Floor Slab. Building On This Existing Structure, A New Wooden Structure Will Then Be Built, The Floor Space Will Be Reorganized And Contemporary Accommodation Options Will Be Created. In This Context, All Technical Systems And Installations Will Be Replaced, As Well As The Roof, Windows And Facade As Well As The Expansion And Surfaces. Painting Work Also Needs To Be Carried Out As Part Of This Renovation.
