The Bidder Must Undertake A Full 18-Month Warranty For The Device From The Date Of Successful Handover. As Part Of This: - The Bidder Undertakes A Comprehensive, On-Site Guarantee For All Items Included In The Bid. - The Tenderer Must Provide The Repair And Maintenance Service Free Of Charge During The Warranty Period. - During The Warranty Period, The Tenderer Provides The Necessary Parts For Maintenance And Repair. The Tenderer Is Obliged To Provide The Parts Used During Warranty Repair Free Of Charge To The Contracting Authority. The Components To Be Installed Must Comply With The Manufacturers Specifications. The Supply Of Spare Parts For The Offered Product Must Be Guaranteed For A Minimum Of 10 Years From The Date Of Handover, Which The Bidder Must Undertake. Tasks To Be Performed During The Duration Of The Contract: Delivery, Commissioning, Testing, Handover, User-Level Training (For A Maximum Of 4 People, For A Minimum Duration Of 1 Hour). The Contractual Amount Must Include: - The Price Of The Offered Device And Its Accessories, - All Costs Arising In Connection With Importation And Placing On The Market (Customs, Taxes, Levies, Fees For Necessary Official Permits, Etc.) - Delivery Fee, - The Fee For Commissioning, Including The Provision Of Any Necessary Materials And Equipment, - The Fee For User-Level Education, - And All Other Costs Arising In Connection With Performance In Accordance With The Contract.
