The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Works Related To The Construction Of Passenger Service Infrastructure In The Łącko Commune, On The Terms Specified In The Swz. The Task Is Co-Financed By The European Regional Fund Of The European Funds For Małopolska 2021-2027 Program, Project: Development Of Urban Transport In The Sądecki Functional Area. The Order Includes:  Demolition Of The Foundations Of Existing Shelters,  Execution Of Earthworks - Trenching,  Construction Of The Foundation,  Laying Edges And Paving Stones,  Construction And Installation Of Bus Shelters. During The Works, Access To And Access To Existing Facilities Should Be Ensured, Limiting The Nuisance Caused By Construction Works To The Minimum Necessary. Demolition Materials Should Be Qualified. As Rubble Or Reusable Material. The Rubble Will Be Transported By The Contractor From The Construction Site To The Disposal Site, And The Materials Suitable For Re-Use Will Be Transported By The Contractor To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz And Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz, As Well As The Provisions Of The Swz.
