The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Multi-Family Residential Building With Land Development, Above-Ground Parking Spaces And Accompanying Technical Infrastructure On Plots With Registration Numbers 451/9 And 451/12, Registry District 0001 Majdan Leśniowski, Registry Unit Leśniowice. A Multi-Family Building With A Roughly Rectangular Shape. A Building With Three Above-Ground Residential Floors. The Building Will Have A Staircase With A Passenger Lift Serving Each Floor. There Will Be 3 Residential Premises On The Ground Floor, And 4 Residential Premises On The First And Second Floors. Additionally, A Boiler Room, A Hydrophore Plant And Trolley Rooms Were Designed On The Ground Floor. There Will Be A Total Of 11 Residential Units In The Building. Each Apartment Consists Of The Following Rooms: Living Room With Kitchenette, Bathroom, Communication, Bedroom And/Or Room/Rooms Depending On The Type Of Apartment. Each Apartment Has Access To A Balcony. The Apartments Are Adapted For Use By People With Various Abilities, Door Openings And Internal Circulation Space Allow For Easy Passage And Use Of A Wheelchair On Plots With Registration Numbers 451/9 And 451/12, Registration District 0001 Majdan Leśniowski. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And In Annex No. 2, Which Consists Of The Following Documents: − Design Documentation, − Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwior), − Bill Of Quantities. And Also In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Occurrence, During The Implementation Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Of Works In A Larger Quantity Compared To The Quantity Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Completed Within The Time Limit: It Cannot Be Shorter Than 270 Days And Longer Than 360 Days From Signing The Contract.
