1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Salt And Sand Mixture For The Winter Maintenance Of Roads In The Juchnowiec Kościelny Commune, Which Is To Enable The Ordering Party To Properly Maintain Roads (Preventing And Removing Icing) In The Commune During The Winter. As Part Of The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With: 1) A Mixture Of Sand And Road Salt Meeting All Relevant Standards And Legal Regulations, In Particular: Pn-86/C-84081/02 (And/Or Standards Replacing It), I.E. With The Following Parameters: A) Sodium Chloride Nacl Content - At Least 90%, B) Content Of Substances Insoluble In Water - 8.0% Maximum, C) Water Content - 3.0% Maximum, D) Content Potassium Ferrocyanide (Added To Prevent Salt Caking) - At Least 20 Mg/Kg, E) Salt Grain Size: 1÷6 Mm (Sieving Size On The Upper Sieve 6.0 Mm, Maximum 10%, And Sieving Size On The Lower Sieve 1.0 Mm, Maximum 20%), Sand, As A Roughening Element, Should Meet All Relevant Standards And Legal Regulations, In Particular: Pn-En 13043:2004 (And/Or Standards Replacing It), I.E., Among Others: Grain Size Up To 2 Mm, 2) The Sand And Salt Mixture Should Be Prepared In The Following Proportions: 70% Sand And 30% Salt, 3) The Expected Amount Of The Delivered Mixture Is 1,500 Tons.2. The Quantities Of Material Given Above Are Estimates And May Be Reduced During The Contract.3. The Ordering Party Will Each Time, Depending On The Needs, Order The Purchase Of A Given Batch Of Raw Material Via E-Mail Or Telephone. In The Order, The Ordering Party Will Specify The Amount Of Material Ordered And The Date Of Receipt. 4. The Deadline For Collecting The Mixture Will Not Be Longer Than 3 Business Days From The Date Of Sending The Order.
