The Structural Design Team Must Have A Structural Designer Specializing In Repair Construction And An Expert In Building Physics. The Responsible Designer And Project Manager For Structural Engineering Design Must Be Named In The Tender. The Assignment Of The Structural Design Group Includes:1. Determines The Cost Estimate Of The Rc, Ra, Rb, Rd Level Of Repair Of The Buildings As The Basis For: Load-Bearing Structures, Foundations And Lower Floor Structures, Intermediate Floor, Upper Floor And Water Roof Structures, Facades, Etc. In Cooperation With The Working Group Responsible For The Development Of The Area. 2. Implementation Planning And On-Site Planning Of The Renovation Of The Rc Building (Old Pavilion Completed In 1926, Apartment Area Approx. 4236 M2) Until Reception.
