Within The Framework Of This Public Procurement, 9 (Nine) Separate Positions Are Foreseen, As Follows: Specific Item No. 1: Supply And Installation Of Computer Equipment Separate Item No. 2: Delivery Of Televisions And Audio Equipment Separate Position No. 3 Delivery And Performance Of Installation Or Assembly Works Of Appliances/Equipment Separate Item No. 4: Delivery And Installation Of Furniture Separate Item No. 5: Supply And Installation Of Blinds Separate Item No. 6: Supply, Assembly And Installation Of Medical Equipment And Furnishings Separate Item No. 7: Delivery Of Equipment And Furnishings Falling Under The List Under Article 12, Paragraph 1 Of The Ppa Specific Item No. 8: Delivery And Installation Of Other Specific Items Separate Position No. 9: Delivery Of Furniture For The Needs Of Social Service Crisis Center - Yambol The Estimated Value Of Separate Items No. 6, 7, 8 And 9 Is Below 20% (Approximately 19.97%) Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order, Therefore, On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, Separate Items No. 6, 7, 8 And 9 Will Be Assigned According To The Order Of Assignment For Their Individual Estimated Value, I.E. According To The Order Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Procedure Code - By Direct Assignment. Pursuant To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act And Given The Total Estimated Value Of The Entire Order (118,735.77 Euros Without Vat), The Remaining Value Of 94,942.20 Euros Without Vat (Being The Estimated Value For Individual Items From No. 1 To No. 5, Inclusive) Is Awarded With This Public Procurement - Through An Open Procedure In Accordance With Art. 18, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code. ​​​​​​​
