The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Supply Of One New, Unused Electric Car, Category N1, Body Type Van, For The Needs Of The Home Social Patronage - Koprivshtitsa, And More Specifically - For The Transport And Delivery Of Prepared Food To Users Of The Social Service, And The Supply And Installation Of One Type 2 Alternating Current (Ac) Charging Station, With A Power Of 22 Kw. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Also Includes The Accompanying Services Of Warranty Maintenance And Warranty (Service) Service, Within The Warranty Period Proposed By The Participant, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority And The Technical Specification, Initial Registration Of The Car At The Traffic Police By The Selected Contractor, As Well As Conducting Work Briefings For 2 /Two/ Employees Of The Contracting Authority, Within Two Astronomical Hours. A Public Procurement Is Divided Into Two Separate Items As Follows: 1. Separate Item No. 1: Delivery Of An Electric Car; 2. Separate Item No. 2: Delivery And Installation Of A Charging Station. On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, Separate Item No. 2: Delivery And Installation Of A Charging Station, With An Estimated Value Of 4,010.00 (In Words: Four Thousand And Ten) Euros Without Vat (Or 8.28% Of The Estimated Value Of The Entire Public Procurement), Will Be Awarded In The Order Of Its Individual Value, By Direct Award, On The Basis Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Zop - Its Value Is Less Than 25,564.59 (Twenty-Five Thousand Five Hundred And Sixty-Four Euros And 59 Cents) Euros And At The Same Time The Estimated Value Of The Individual Item Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order - 48,402.30 (In Words: Forty-Eight Thousand Four Hundred And Two Euros And Thirty Cents) Eur Without Vat.
