This Request For Construction Tender (The “Rfc”) Is An Invitation By Build Nova Scotia To Prospective Respondents To Submit Bids For Summit Pier South Floating Docks Construction. This Rfc Is Being Conducted Pursuant To The Nova Scotia Procurement Policy And Procurement Manual. Bns Invites Qualified Successful Respondents To Submit Proposals For The Supply, Construction, And Installation Of A Floating Dock System At The Summit South Wharf, In Accordance With The Issued-For-Construction (“Ifc”) Design Documents Included In This Rfc. The Work Includes The Successful Respondent Supply, Construction, And Installation Of All Floating Dock Components, Including Docks, Ramps, Connectors, Hardware, And Appurtenances, As Detailed In The Ifc Drawings And Specifications. Marine Piles Will Be Supplied By Bns, With The Successful Respondent Responsible For Pickup From An Off-Site Laydown Yard, Transportation, Handling, And Installation.
