Full-Time Institutional Reception For Elderly Persons, With Grade Ii Dependence: Person Aged 60 Or Over, Of Both Sexes, With Dependence On Up To Three Self-Care Activities For Daily Life Such As: Food, Mobility, Hygiene; Without Cognitive Impairment Or With Controlled Cognitive Change. You Must Offer The Host: Food (At Least 6 Meals A Day) Including Special Food When Medically Indicated, Clothing, Uninterrupted Reception, Living And Resting Space, Adequate Hygiene, Medical Care, Medicines And Diapers When Necessary, Including Those That May Not Be Made Available By The Sus When Necessary, Accompaniment To A Medical Appointment, Exams And Hospitalization, When Necessary, Among Other Items Essential To The Daily Routine. Contain Minimum Staff In Accordance With Anvisa Rdc Norms No. 502/2021., With Grade Iii Dependence: Person Aged 60 Years Or Over, With Dependencies That Require Assistance In All Self-Care Activities For Daily Life And Or With Cognitive Impairment. The Host Must Be Offered: Food (At Least 6 Meals A Day) Including Special Food When Medically Indicated, With Grade I Dependency: Person Aged 60 Years Or Over, With Preserved Motor And/Or Intellectual Dependency, Even If They Require The Assistance Of Self-Help Equipment For Everyday Tasks (Such As A Cane, Walker, Glasses, Braces Hearing Aid And Wheelchair, Among Others With A Similar Function). The Host Must Be Offered: Food (At Least 6 Meals A Day) Including Special Food When Medically Indicated, Full-Time Institutional Care For Young People And Adults, With Level I Dependency Level: Person With A Disability Aged Between 18 And 59 Years Old, In Need Of Help To Carry Out Basic Activities Of Daily Living, At Least Once A Day, Or With Little Support Need For Personal Autonomy. The Host Must Be Offered: Food (At Least 6 Meals A Day) Including Special Food When Medically Indicated, Full-Time Institutional Care For Young People And Adults With Disabilities, With Level Ii Level Of Dependence: Persons With Disabilities Aged 18 To 59 Years, Two Or Three Times A Day, But Who Do Not Yet Require The Permanent Support Of A Caregiver Or Have No Needs Of Extensive Support For Your Personal Autonomy.
