The Subject Of The Order Is Property Planning Services For Buildings And Interior Spaces In Accordance With Section 33 Ff Hoai 2021, Lph 1 To 9, With Step-By-Step Commissioning. If Necessary, Various Special Services Will Also Be Commissioned, E.G.:— In Lph 3: Preparation And Updating Of An In-Depth Cost Calculation,— Across All Lphs: Higher-Level Cost Control Of Kg 100-700 Based On The Input Of Other Specialists Involved,— Across All Lphs: Coordination With Funding Agencies/Users/Sponsors Including Logging. The Municipality Of Westendorf (Ostallgäu) Is Planning To Build A New Fire Station For 3 Fire Engines And A Washing Hall In Westendorf (Ostallgäu). The Building Plot Is Located In The South Of The Community On Dösinger Straße And Was Previously Used For Agricultural Purposes. The Construction Costs Are Assumed To Be Around €4.2 Million (Gross, Kg 300 + 400). Funding Is Being Applied For For This Project. A Planning Office Has Already Provided Planning Services And Is Considered A Pre-Approved Applicant. Should This Office Be Invited To The Procurement Negotiations, These Documents Would Be Made Available To All Participants Invited To The Procurement Negotiations In Order To Bring All Bidders To The Same Level Of Information. Even Without The Participation Of The Pre-Selected Office, The Documents Will Be Made Available To The Bidders In The Best Possible Way. Timeline: The Award Negotiation Is Expected To Take Place In May 2026. The Contract Award And The Immediate Start Of The Project Are Scheduled For June 2026 And Construction Is Scheduled To Begin In The Second Quarter Of 2027. Completion And Commissioning (With Defects Rectified) Should Take Place In The 3Rd Quarter Of 2028. The Award Negotiation Will Be Held In German. The Client Also Requires The German Language For Communication During Project Processing. The Client Reserves The Right To Shorten The Deadline For Submitting Offers (In The 2Nd Stage Of The Process) In Accordance With Section 17 Paragraph 7 Vgv. However, The Deadline Will Be At Least 10 Days, Counting From The Day After The Invitation To Tender Was Sent.
