Building Installation Work – Renewal Of Shelter Components. Shelter Components That Are 40 Years Old Or Older No Longer Meet The Minimum Requirements For Protecting People. They Therefore Need To Be Renewed. The Data Basis For Determining Whether A Shelter Needs To Be Renewed Is The Survey Of The Periodic Shelter Control (Psk). The Tender And Award Of The Shelter Renewal Is Carried Out By The Political Community, Which Finances Replacement Contributions For Shelter Construction From The Cantonally Administered Special Financing Based On Article 62, Paragraph 3 Of The Federal Population And Civil Protection Act (Sr; 520.1). Replacement Of The Ventilation Components (Va With Filter, Üv / Esv, Seals), As Well As The Conversion Of Larger Shelters, Which Were Built According To The Technical Instructions On Shelter Construction In 1966, As Part Of A Twe Project. The Components Must Be Assembled And Put Into Operation. The Existing Components Must Be Disposed Of Properly. All Costs Must Be Listed In The Cost Statement, Including Expenses Incurred On Site, Including Administrative Expenses.
