The Purpose Of The Purchase Is To Renew The Electronic Company And Organizational Database Already Established By The Customer, Based On Reliable Sources, With Expanded Content, To Update The Entire Range Of Data, And To Maintain The Database Regularly For A Period Of One Year. The Development Is Based On The Content Provided During Previous Acquisitions, But At The Same Time It Extends Its Scope To The Expanded Structure Recorded In Annex No. 1. The Current System Is Of Considerable Size: The Database Consists Of 126 Tables, A Total Of 5,569 Columns, And Contains More Than 1 Billion Records (Which Will Be Expanded As A Result Of This Acquisition), So The Task Requires The Management Of A Large, Complex Data Set. The Scope Of The Project Is As Follows: The Entire Content Of The Starting Database Must Be Transferred, And Then During The Contract Period - For 12 Months - All Data Ranges Must Be Updated With The Frequency According To The Appendix, Including The Loading Of All Changes That Have Occurred Since February 8, 2023. The File To Be Updated Contains Several Large Data Groups: Data On Social And Individual Enterprises, Non-Profit Organizations, Budgetary Institutions, Balance Sheet And Income Statement Data (Annual), Headcount Data (Monthly), And Territorial Statistics Based On The Ksh (With Annual Update). To Operate The Database, The Customer Provides A Mariadb-Based Server (10.3.30; 4 Cpu; 32 Gb Ram; 528+10 Gb Storage), Updates Can Be Made Via An Ipsec Connection. The Contractor Also Delivers The Update Packages On A Physical Data Carrier Every Quarter. The Data Structure Cannot Be Modified During Performance Without The Prior Written Approval Of The Customer. The Task Also Includes Maintaining The Database For 12 Months With 50 Hours Of Expert Availability Per Month. The Maintenance Package Includes Authorization Management, Weekly Backups And Troubleshooting. Overall, The Acquisition Is Based On Three Main Elements: 1. Transfer Of The Initial, Complete Range Of Data; 2. For 12 Months, Regular Updating Of All Organizational And Territorial Data With The Frequency According To The Annex; 3. Expert Maintenance Of The Database For 50 Hours Per Month, With Continuous Availability. The Detailed Technical Description And Conditions Are Contained In The Public Procurement Documents.
