Sub Head : Running Maintenance And Operation Of Stp, Ro And Swimming Pool At Nssc Jasola.; 1 Sub Head- RO Maintenance Contract for RO 200/50 / 25/15L.P.H (Summer Session)Details of installation are given in Annexure A & schedule of routine 2 Maintenance Contract for RO 200/50 / 25/15L.P.H (Lean Period / Winter Session) Details of installation are given in Annexure A & schedule of routine 3 Supply and Replacement of following parts of RO System as given Below with allconnection testing etc. as required.a) RO Booster Pump for 25 to 50 LPH 4 b) Raw water feed pump for 150 to 250 LPH 5 c) Membranes for 25 to 50 LPH 6 d) Carbon Filter (20”) Set 7 e) Carbon Filter (10”) Se 8 f) Pipe 1/4 or 1/3 inches 9 g) Highpressur feed pumpfor 150 to 250 LPH 10 h) Membranes for 150 to 250 LPH 11 Sub Head- STPRequirement of Worms Micro-organism in Bio filter Crates and chemicals i.e. salt for resin recharge, chlorine for disinfection & oil and grease for motor lubricating for operation of 10 KLD Modular STP plant. 12 Running , maintenance & Operation of Modular STP System as per details of installations given in Annexurei/c routine and preventive maintenance by deploying one no. Operator in each shift (total 2 shift , 9 am to 5pm & 9 pm to 5pm) 13 Sub Head- Swimming poolRunning Maintenance and Operation of filtration plant with DG set and other accessories of swimming pool of size 12.5x 25 Mtr as per detail of installation at Annexure Cby deploying following staff :3 Nos. Operator(1 No. in each shift total three shift i.e. 6 AM to 2 PM & 2 PM to 10 PM and 10 PM to 6AM) and 2 No. Khallasi (one in each shift total of two shift i.e. 9 AM to 5 PM & 10 PM to 6 AM )Details of installation are given in Annexure C & schedule of routine & preventive maintenance is given in Annexure D.(The agency shall have to maintain the quality of water in the swimming pool as per requirement of licensing authority i/c supplying & putting of required chemical in main pool and toddler pool for operation and maintenance of the plant). 14 Removing of filter media, gravels, and defective nozzles from the existing pressure filter complete with opening the main hole with the help of buckets, rope and required manpower etc. complete as required. 15 Supply and replacement umbrella type nozzles ½’’ BSP made out of noryl (engineering) plastic complete with Teflon tape connection testing etc as required. 16 Washing, separating and putting the fresh filter media and gravels in the existing pressure filter complete with closing the main hole with rubber sheet, nut bolts, washer etc as required. 17 Supply of additional filter media / gravels of different sizes for additional requirement in pressure filter up to desired level etc complete as required. 18 Chemical cleaning of water body of swimming pool size 25 X 12.5 meters including walls, floor, scum channels, overflow channels, fountain and balancing tankof existing swimming pool with chemical / Sulphuric acid, & other cleaning material i/c dewatering of the pool water and balancing tank cleaning etc as required. 19 Water filling and filtration of water with the help of existing filtrations plant capacity 20000 gallons/hour for treating the water of swimming pool and dose of chemical required to achieve the result as IS 3328-1993 and there relevant codes.
