Quotation are invited for Supply & Installation of Sports Equipment - G-011735 ACE. Deadline: Tuesday, 24. Feb 2026 Lebanon is facing a multifaceted crisis encompassing economic downturn, financial instability, and geopolitical challenges. Against this backdrop, the agricultural sector faces profound difficulties, impacting farmers and MSMEs reliant on the industry. The economic and financial crises have exacerbated existing structural issues, leading to significant disruptions in local and regional markets. This request for public tender intend to identify and contract supplier(s) who can provide and deliver the Sports Equipment listed in this Bill of Quantities to the specified delivery location, within the recommended delivery date. All technical specifications & Dimensions are clearly mentioned in the Unpriced BoQ. The tender consists of 3 Lots, Tenders may be submitted for all or for individual lots. Lot 1: Sport accessories Lot 2: Sport structures Lot 3: Gym Equipment The products will be delivered within a specified time frame and in coordination with the respective project members. Delivery will be done to the Municipalities premises in the presence of a project member and of the Municipality staff. Depending on the situations of the Municipalities, delivery time may be subject to modification, the supplier will be notified at least 3 days before the day of delivery. Bidders who do not register their interest via email may not receive subsequent communications or addenda related to this tender. Refurbished items are not accepted. All manuals must be provided in English. GIZ reserves the right to request a sample check after the offer submission. A penalty of 1/2 % of the total purchase order sum will be deducted on each delayed week calculated from the due date of delivery. If you do not receive written notification within four weeks after the submission deadline, consider your offer unsuccessful. No reimbursement will be provided for submitted offers. Sending your offers to any other email address or non-compliance with any of the mentioned conditions will result in rejecting your participation in this tender. All Products / items with Origin Russia or Belarus are not accepted by GIZ Office and Projects due to sanction list against Russia and Belarus. N.B.
