The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Creation Of Project Documentation (Conceptual Project, Main Project With Cost Estimate, Implementation Project With Cost Estimate And Design Supervision) For The Complete Renovation Of The Šalata 6 Building - Reconstruction And Addition To The Student Polyclinic At The Location Zagreb, Šalata 6, House No. 3941/1, 3941/2, No. Center, In Accordance With The Cost Sheet, Conceptual Architectural, Installation And Medical-Technological Solution And Elaborate Evaluation Of The Existing State Of The Building Structure, Which Are Attached To This Procurement Documentation. The Subject Of Procurement Also Includes Design Supervision During The Execution Of The Works (The Customer Estimates That The Works Will Last 2 Years And Any Extension Of The Deadline For The Execution Of The Works Or Increase In The Value Of The Execution Of The Works Does Not Affect The Offered Price Of The Design Supervision) As Well As All Other Necessary Documentation Required For Obtaining All Certificates And Consents As Well As Permits. The Scope Of The Intervention Is An Existing Building, Currently Defunct (Once In The Function Of The Orthopedic Clinic, Kbc Zagreb), Located Within The Complex Of The Faculty Of Medicine In Šalata. The Building Has Not Been Used Since The Earthquake Because It Suffered Major Damage. Upon Inspection By An Authorized Structural Engineer, The Building Was Categorized As Pn1 - Unusable - Due To Damage With The Necessary Detailed Inspection. According To The Register Of Cultural Assets Of The Ministry Of Culture And Media, The Building In Question Šalata 6 Is Located In The Historical Urban Complex Of The City Of Zagreb With The Legal Status: Protected Cultural Heritage, Type: Cultural-Historical Complex, Classification: Urban Complex.
