1. The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Of A Bicycle Path Along Starocińska Street. The Scope Of Work Includes The Construction Of A Bicycle Path On A Section Of Approximately 2,350 Km From The Municipal Road Ul. Przemysłowa, Along The Road Ul. Starocińska And Ends At The Intersection Of District Road No. 2306G With District Road No. 2309G In Starocin. The Designed Section Of The Path Is Intended To Be Constructed As A Bituminous Surface. The Width Of The Path Will Be 2.50 M. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Following Construction Works: • Demolition Of Existing Surfaces And Fences In Order To Perform Construction Works, • Construction Of A Bicycle Path Surface From Bituminous Mass, • Construction Of A Sidewalk Surface, Access To Gates And Road Strips From Concrete Paving Stones, • Construction Of An Exit Surface From Concrete Paving Stones, • Construction Of A Bitumen Surface Of Exits, • Construction Of An Aggregate Surface For Exits To Fields, • Construction Of Roadside Greenery In The Form Of Lawns In The Road Area,• Execution Of Surface Drainage Of The Bicycle Path By Using Prefabricated Sewage Channels,• Execution Of Drainage Of The Bicycle Path By Rebuilding The Rainwater Drainage System,• Construction Of Ditches,• Reinforcement Of Slopes With Meba Openwork Slabs,• Construction Of A Retaining Wall,• Construction Of A Bus Shelter,• Construction Of Horizontal And Vertical Markings,• Construction Of Road Traffic Safety Devices,• Construction Of Culverts Under The Bicycle Path And Exits,• Cutting Down Trees, Groves And Shrubs Colliding With The Investment, • Compensatory Plantings, • Construction Of Low Road Greenery Along The Constructed Bicycle Path In The Form Of Lawns, • Others Resulting From The Design Documentation. The Detailed Scope Of Works To Be Performed Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Bills Of Quantities As Auxiliary Documents Constituting Annexes To The Swz. The Contractor Should Treat The Bill Of Quantities Prepared By The Employer As An Information Document That He May Use, But Is Not Obliged To Do So.
