1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Continuation Of Works On The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Building Of The Peoples House In Długie And The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Building Of The Volunteer Fire Departments Garage In Długie, In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Bills Of Quantities Constituting Annexes To This Procedure. As Part Of The Previously Implemented Stage Of Work, The Building In The Osp Part Was Expanded To A Closed Shell State.2 The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: 1) Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Existing Building, Including: • Finishing Works, • Replacement Of Windows And Doors, • Facade Works, • Land Development, • Roof Painting, • Renovation Of Entrance Stairs, • Delivery And Installation Of Equipment. 2) Execution Of Internal Installations, Including: • Electrical Installation, • Water And Sewage Installation, • Central Heating Installation, • Air Conditioning And Ventilation Installation. 3) Interior Finishing Based On The Interior Design Project And Adaptation Of The Facility To Current Technical And Utility Requirements. The Investment Should Be Based On: • Construction Design And Technical Designs, • Interior Design Design, • Bill Of Quantities, • Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, • Applicable Legal Regulations Construction And Technical Standards. Note In Order To Make A Correct Calculation For The Part Of The Facility Serving As The Peoples House, The Valuation Should Include The Delivery And Installation Of Sanitary And Electrical Fittings, Min. Such As: Chandeliers, Ceiling Lamps, Sockets, Spotlights, Lighting Rail, Washbasins, Urinals, Toilet Bowls, Radiators, Etc. In Accordance With The Interior Design Project And Chapter 4 Of The Bill Of Quantities For Interior Design.
