The Detailed Technical Parameters And Expected Minimum Requirements Are Detailed In The Technical Description That Is Part Of The Kd. 321/2015. (X.30.) Government Decree (Hereinafter: 321/2015. (X.30.) Government Decree) In View Of The Provisions Of § 46, Paragraph (3), The Bidder (Hereinafter: Ak) Emphasizes That If Any Part Of The Kd Contains A Reference To A Certain Make, Origin, Type Of Thing, Process, Activity, Person, Or Patent Or Trademark, Or If It Contains A Standard, Technical Specifies A Permit, Technical Specifications, Or Technical Recommendation, They Were Only Made In Order To Clearly Define The Nature Of The Object, Ak Also Accepts The Equivalent Product.
