The Areas Are Owned By The City Of Neukirchen-Vluyn And Are Planned As Part Of The Development Plan Procedure No. 165. The Aim Is To Create Future-Oriented And Sustainable Living Space With A Focus On Multi-Storey Housing In Neukirchen-Vluyn. Around 180 Residential Units Are To Be Built On The Site.
