Sewer Construction Work – Modernization Of The D Sewage Collector Using Trenchless Technology. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization Of The Sanitary Sewage Collector Together With The Accompanying Infrastructure, Including Chambers, Wells And Sewage Vents. The Works Will Be Carried Out On The Section From The S22 Well, Located In Szpitalna Street, To The S56 Vent, Located At The Sewage Treatment Plant In Maszewo. The Task Also Includes The Installation Of A Micro-Sewer System In A Protective Pipe Running In The Space Between The Spr Lining And The Collector Wall. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Development Of Complete Design Documentation, Implementation Of Preparatory And Temporary Works, Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Modernization Of The Existing Sewage Infrastructure, Carrying Out Reconstruction Works After Completion Of The Works, Providing Authors Supervision For The Entire Task And Preparing Full As-Built Documentation. The Investment Will Be Implemented In The City Of Płock And The Commune Of Stara Biała, On Plots Indicated In The Functional And Utility Program And In The Map Annexes. The Order Is Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula, In Accordance With This Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Functional And Utility Program, Applicable Legal Regulations, Technical Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge. The Aim Of The Investment Is To Improve The Technical Condition Of The Sanitary Sewage Collector And The Accompanying Infrastructure, Ensure Their Tightness, Durability And Safe Operation As Part Of The Sewage Disposal System, As Well As Limit Further Degradation Of The Existing Infrastructure. The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply All Necessary Measures To Protect Roads, Property, Engineering Facilities And Areas Adjacent To The Construction Site Against Damage And Dirt That May Arise As A Result Of Construction Works, Transport Of Materials Or Use Of Equipment Of The Contractor, His Suppliers Or Subcontractors. In Particular, The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With Applicable Restrictions Regarding Permissible Vehicle Axle Loads When Transporting Materials And Equipment To And From The Construction Site. The Contractor Is Obliged To Properly Secure Work Sites, In Particular In Areas Accessible To Third Parties, As Well As Around Excavations Left At Dusk And At Night, In Accordance With Applicable Occupational Health And Safety Regulations And Road Traffic Regulations. Reconstruction Of The Surface After Completion Of Individual Works Should Be Carried Out Immediately After The Completion Of Construction Works In A Given Scope And A Protocol Of Acceptance Of The Completed Restoration Should Be Obtained From The Relevant Road Manager Or Plot Owner. The Ordering Party Informs That All Costs Related To Carrying Out The Works, Possible Damage, Restoration Of The Area And Payment Of Compensation To Property Owners Are The Contractors Expense.
