The Subject Of The Procedure Is The Award Of An Order For The Performance Of Construction Works For An Investment Project Consisting In Vertical Insulation Of Basement Walls, External Drainage And Modernization Of The Ventilation System In The Basement Level In Building No. 16 - Hospital Kitchen.2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Carry Out External And Internal Construction Works, Including: 1) External Construction Works, In The Scope Of: A) Demolition And Dismantling Works (Including Steel Driveways And Ramps, Intake, Concrete And Basalt Paving); B) Works Related To Vertical Insulation Of Basement Walls And Perimeter Drainage; C) Works Related To A Concrete Driveway; D) Works Related To The Reassembly Of The Ramp And Steel Platforms, Air Intakes; E) Electrical Installation Works Related To The Ring Earthing System. 2) Internal Construction Works In The Scope Of: A) General Construction Works Related To The Construction Of Casing Of Ventilation Stacks, Repair Works, Replenishing Floors, Painting Works; B) Mechanical Ventilation Installation Works In Basement Rooms; C) Electrical Installation Works Regarding Power Supply For The Designed Ventilation Units And Electric Boilers.3. In Addition, As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will: A) Perform Preparatory And Security Works (Including Securing The Construction Site, Information Boards); B) Remove And Dispose Of Rubble, Wood And Glass From Dismantling; C) Clean Up The Area After The Works Performed; D) Restore The Construction Site To Its Original Condition After Completed Works; E) Carry Out Appropriate Tests, Commissioning, Measurements And Acceptance Of Completed Works In All Industries (Required By Applicable Regulations), And Will Provide Their Results To The Ordering Party; F) Prepare Complete As-Built Documentation (In Paper Form And On A Pendrive) In All Industries Performed, Including: Descriptive Part, Drawing Part, Certificates, Approvals, Attestations And Certificates; As-Built Documentation Will Be Consistent And Coordinated In All Industries And Prepared In Polish, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Standards.4. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed Based On The Documentation Of This Procurement Procedure, Including: Bills Of Quantities, Design Documentation Entitled Construction Works Consisting In The Implementation Of Moisture And Thermal Insulation Of Basement Walls Along With The Construction Of Drainage Around The Building And The Construction Of Mechanical Ventilation In The Basement Rooms In Building No. 16 - Hospital Kitchen, Located In Krakow At Ul. Dr. J.
