The Subject Of The Vz Is The Implementation Of The Construction Of A New Building Of The Station Of The Military Fire Brigade, Within The Scope And According To The Documentation For The Implementation Of The Construction Prepared By The Company Ateliér Velehradský, S. R. O., Ičo 29263140, Under Contract Number 1504 And Building Permit Ref. Mo 650354/2024-1322 Dated August 12, 2024, Issued By The Property Section Of The Ministry Of Defense, Department Of Territorial Interest Protection And State Professional Supervision, Department Of The Building Authority, Which Entered Into Force On September 7, 2024. The Building Will Include The Following Buildings: So 01 Fire Station (3 Above-Ground Floors) So 02 Training Tower So 03 A Shelter For Waste Containers And A Spare Source Part Of The Terms Of Reference Is The Pd Section At The Reserved Classification Level. The Supplier Is Obliged To Ensure The Protection Of Classified Information In The Sense Of Act No. 412/2005 Coll., On The Protection Of Classified Information And On Security Competence, As Amended And Related Implementing Regulations.
