B) Construction Of Internal Installations: - Water Supply Installation, Hot Water Installation, Sanitary Sewage System, - Electrical Installation, Telecommunications Installation, - Central Heating Installation (Cascade Set Of Gas Boilers), - Ventilation Installation, - Fire Protection Installation. C) Construction Of External Installations: - Water, Sanitary Sewage, - Gas, - Electricity And Telecommunications, - Construction Of Area Lighting Installations, - Fire Protection Installation. D) Development Of The Area Around The Building - Removal Of Trees In Accordance With The Decision Of March 28, 2025, Amended By The Decision Of December 22, 2025 (To The Extent Consistent With The Description Below), - Removal And Disposal Of Invasive Species, - Paving Works, Including The Construction Of Access Roads, Sidewalks And Parking Spaces, - Greenery And Small Architecture, - Construction Of A Solid Waste Collection Site, - Replacement Plantings In Accordance With The Decision Of March 28, 2025, As Amended By The Decision Of December 22, 2025. E) Removing Collisions Between The Power Grid And The Planned Building. F) In Accordance With The Agreed Conflict Removal Project. 2.
