Public-Service Buses – Purchase Of Electric Buses (Minibuses).. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 3 Pieces Of Brand New Electric Public Transport Buses, Low-Floor, Up To 8.50 M Long. The Buses Must Be Fully Equipped With On-Board Electronics Sets Necessary For Proper Transport Operation And Compatible With The Its System Existing At The Ordering Party. The Offered Buses Must Meet All The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of August 2, 2023 On The Type Approval Of Vehicles (Journal Of Laws 2023, Item 1651) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (I.E. Of April 4, 2024 (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502, As Amended). The Delivered Buses Must Have Vehicle Type Approval Certificates Or Decision On Admission To Road Traffic Of A Vehicle From The Final Production Batch Issued By The Director Of Transport Technical Inspection Or Certificate Of National Individual Vehicle Approval Issued By The Director Of Transport Technical Inspection. The Validity Period Of The Above-Mentioned Documents Must Be Sufficient For The Ordering Party To Complete The Registration Formalities. The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Submit Appropriate Documents For The Type Of Bus Offered No Later Than On The Day Of Delivery Of The Buses. In Each Of The Buses Offered, Which Are The Subject Of This Procedure, The Share Of Products Originating From European Union Member States, Countries With Which The European Union Has Concluded Agreements On Equal Treatment Of Entrepreneurs, Or Countries To Which The Provisions Of Directive 2014/25/Eu Apply Under A Council Decision Should Exceed 50% Of The Total Value Of The Products Covered By The Offer (Regulation (Eu) 2024/1610 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 14 May 2024 Amending Regulation (Eu) 2019/1242 As Regards The Tightening Of Co2 Emission Standards For New Heavy-Duty Vehicles And The Inclusion Of Reporting Obligations, Amending Regulation (Eu) 2018/858 And Repealing Regulation (Eu) 2018/956 (Text With Eea Relevance)). The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Buses That Were Manufactured In Countries Other Than Member States Of The European Union And Other Than Countries That Are Parties To The World Trade Organization Agreement On Government Procurement Or Parties To Other International Agreements Guaranteeing Access To The Public Procurement Market On The Basis Of Reciprocity And Equality, To Which The European Union Is A Party.
