1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Renovation Of The Access Road To The Fields On Plot No. 486 In Unisław Śląski.2. The Scope Of The Task Includes Construction Works And All Activities Necessary To Implement The Investment In Question, Including, Among Others, The Preparation And Submission Of As-Built Documentation.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz;4. Attention! The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Documentation Are An Auxiliary Tool For Preparing The Offer, Works Not Included In The Bills Of Quantities And Necessary To Complete The Task Must Be Estimated As Part Of The Offer By The Contractor.5. Construction Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Standards And Technical Conditions, In A Manner That Does Not Violate The Interests Of Third Parties. 6. Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Civil Liability Insurance For Business Activities Related To The Subject Of The Contract For An Insurance Amount Corresponding To At Least The Gross Offer Amount.7. In The Event Of Additional Or Replacement Works, Or The Need To Increase Or Reduce The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Works Will Be Settled According To The Catalogs Of Material Outlays And Average Price Rates In Construction, Based On The Sekocenbud Construction Price Information System, As Of The Date Of Signing The Contract.
