The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For Additional Remuneration For Transporting The Equipment To The Place Of Work. The Ordering Party Provides For A Minimum Scope Of Implementation Of 60%. The Implementation Of The Subject Order Has No Impact On Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Following Documents: 1) Technical Specification For Execution And Acceptance Works, 2) Bills Of Quantities. Equivalent Solutions: The Types Of Materials And Equipment Specified In The Bills Of Quantities, St Are Given To Determine The Minimum Technical Standard. The Contractor Of The Works Has The Right To Replace Them With Materials And Devices With At Least Equivalent Technical Parameters, Provided That The Assumed Technical Standards Are Achieved. The Contractor Proposing Equivalent Materials And Devices Is Responsible For Checking The Possibility Of Using Them In The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In All Respects (Including, For Example: Properties, Dimensions, Weight, Method Of Transport And Assembly). The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solutions He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
