The Scope Of Work Will Include, Among Others: – Delivery And Installation Of A Ventilation Unit With A Cooling Option For The Rooms Of Intensive Care Rooms, Treatment Rooms, Medical Offices Of The Department Of Cardiology.4) Construction Works – Renovation Of The Communication Route Of The Department Of Cardiology Together With The Replacement Of Wall And Floor Coverings – 1 Set. The Scope Of Works Will Include Renovation Of The Communication Route In Terms Of Replacing Wall And Floor Coverings With An Area Of 204.72 M2.5) Construction Works – Construction Works Related To The Installation Of Lifts Purchased As Part Of The Investment - 1 Set. Construction Works Related To The Installation Of 2 Pieces Of Ceiling Lifts Delivered As Part Of The Project. The Ordering Party Provides For The Obligation Arising From Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law In The Form Of Employment Under An Employment Contract As Part Of The Implementation Of The Agreement Of 2 Persons Performing Activities Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Order. Detailed Rules For Documenting Employment And The Rights And Obligations Of The Parties Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
