Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction And Installation Works In Order To Implement The Investment Consisting Of: 1. Package No. 1 - Renovation Of Rooms In The Cardiac Surgery Clinic - Patient Rooms, Treatment Room, Bathrooms, Nurses And Doctors Stations. The Scope Of The Task Includes:• Renovation Of Patient Rooms, Treatment Rooms, Bathrooms, Nursing Stations And Medical Offices• Renovation Of The Flat Roof Covering With An Area Of Approximately 1,211 M2.• Delivery And Installation Of 4 Sets Of Split Air Conditioners. The Investment Is Located Within The Main Hospital Complex Of The Provincial Provincial Hospital. In Kielce. The Replacement Of The Covering Concerns The Cardiac Surgery Building. Information Regarding The Principles Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Warranty And Remuneration Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order In Compliance With The Principles Of Environmental Protection And Sustainable Development, In Accordance With The Dnsh Principle. In Particular, The Contractor Will Ensure: • That The Transport Of Materials, Devices And Equipment, The Packaging Used And The Method Of Delivery Limit The Emission Of Pollutants, Noise And The Amount Of Waste Generated; • That The Construction Materials, Devices And Equipment Used And Supplied Meet Applicable Environmental Requirements, Including - Where Applicable - Requirements Arising From Rohs, Reach And Energy Efficiency Principles; • That Waste Generated During The Execution Of The Order, Including Construction Waste And Waste Electrical And Electronic Equipment, Will Be Managed In Accordance With The Regulations On Waste And Weee, With Selective Collection And Transfer Of Waste Only To Authorized Entities; • Use Of Materials And Work Technologies With The Lowest Possible Impact On The Environment, In Particular Materials With Reduced Emissions Of Volatile Organic Compounds (Vocs), Increased Durability And Recyclability; • Carrying Out Renovation, Construction And Installation Works In A Way That Limits The Negative Impact On The Internal Environment Of The Facility, Including Minimizing Dust, Noise, Vibration And Emission Of Harmful Substances, Taking Into Account The Fact That Work Is Carried Out In An Active Hospital Ward; • Securing The Work Site, Materials And Substances That May Cause Soil, Water Or Sewage Contamination, As Well As Rational And Energy-Saving Use Of Machines, Devices And Tools. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right - At The Stage Of Contract Implementation - To Inspect Compliance Of The Implementation With The Requirements Of Dnsh.
