Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation As Part Of The Task Titled: Construction Of A Parking Lot At Ul. Warszawska (Opposite The Office)
1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Construction Of A Parking Lot With Parking Spaces For Approximately 30 Passenger Cars, Located On Plots No. 923/7 And 923/8, Which Also Serves As A Meeting Place For Employees Of The City Hall, The District Office And Local Residents In The Event Of An Emergency. The Study Will Also Include The Expansion Of The Section Of Public Municipal Road No. 120688 C Ul. Wesoła, Approximately 25 M Long (On Plots No. 917/11, 919/16, 923/7), Constituting Access To The Parking Lot, With The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Exit From The Provincial Road Dw 560 (Ul. Warszawska). The Documentation Also Covers The Development Of Green Areas Within The Plots Covered By The Investment.2) Existing Condition: Existing Condition: A Section Of The Municipal Road Subjected To Expansion With A Surface Made Of Reinforced Concrete Road Slabs Of The Mon Type, Dimensions 1.50 X 3.0 M, Laid In A 3.0 M Wide Strip On A Gravel And Sand Base, Exit To The Provincial Road With A Poured Concrete Surface, No Meeting Applicable Regulations. In The Area Intended For The Construction Of The Parking Lot, There Is A Flat Square With A Sand And Gravel Surface, Partly Protected By A Concrete Retaining Wall On The Side Of The Street. Warszawska. In The Road And In The Area Planned For Its Widening, There Is A Network Of Sanitary, Rainwater, Water And Telecommunications Sewage Systems. An Overhead Low-Voltage Power Line For Area Lighting Runs Over The Plots Intended For The Parking Lot. The Development Of The Area In The Vicinity Of The Investment Area Is Characterized By Multi-Family Residential And Service Development. 3) The Area Of The Planned Investment: A) Is Not Covered By The Currently Applicable Local Development Plan, B) Does Not Encroach On Areas Of Direct Flood Risk, C) Is Not Subject To Protection Under Environmental Protection Or Nature Protection Regulations, And In The Immediate Vicinity There Are No Facilities Or Areas Protected Under These Regulations, D) Is Not Entered In The Register Of Monuments And There Are No Archaeological Sites Within It. 4) The Employers Requirements For The Technical Solutions Of The Planned Construction And Expansion: A) In The Scope Of The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Section Of The Municipal Road And The Exit To Dw 560: - Road Surface And Exit Made Of Concrete Paving Stones On An Aggregate Base, With A One-Sided Pedestrian Road, - Drainage Installation With Connection To The Existing Rainwater Sewage System, - Lighting With Connection To The Existing Lighting Network Owned By Energa Ozdrowienie Sp. Z O. O.B) In The Scope Of Construction Of A Parking Lot And An Exit To A Municipal Road: - Surface Of The Maneuvering Road And Exit To The Municipal Road Made Of Concrete Paving Stones On An Aggregate Base, - Surface Of Parking Spaces Made Of Openwork Concrete Slabs Or Ecological Concrete Cubes Enabling The Infiltration Of Rainwater With Grass F
