The Subject Of The Order In The Scope Of Task No. 1 Is Ongoing Legal Services In The Field Of Matters Related To The Activities Conducted By The Ordering Party, Including The Provision Of Health Services, Conducting Formal And Organizational Matters Related To The Functioning Of The Ordering Party (Registration Matters, Statutory Matters, Transformations, Etc.), And In Matters Of Labor Law And Social Security Related To The Activities Conducted By The Ordering Party, Including Claims For Compensation In Relation To Employees, Accidents At Work And Compliance With The Rules Occupational Health And Safety, Postgraduate Internships, Contracts With Resident Doctors And Mandate Contracts Concluded By The Ordering Party With Natural Persons Not Running A Business.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Contract, Which Constitutes The Scope Of Task No. 1 - Annex No. 4A To The Swz, And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitutes The Scope Of Task No. 1 - Annex No. 1A To The Swz.3. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Task No. 1 Is Attached As Annex No. 1A To Swz.4. The Place Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be The Independent Public Provincial Hospital In Szczecin With Its Registered Office At Ul. Arkońska 4, 71-455 Szczecin, Located At Ul. Arkońska 4.
