The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Preparing Draft Decisions On Determining The Development Conditions And Location Of Public Purpose Investments For The Needs Of The Radomyśl Wielki Commune.2. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: As Part Of The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Point 1, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Analyze Submitted Applications Regarding Development Conditions, 2) Analyze Submitted Applications Regarding The Location Of Public Purpose Investments, 3) Prepare Draft Decisions On The Location Of Public Purpose Investments, 4) Prepare Draft Decisions On Development Conditions, 5) Prepare Drafts Of Changes To Previously Issued Decisions On Development Conditions And The Location Of Public Purpose Investments And Corrections To The Above-Mentioned Draft Decisions. Draft Decisions Means Draft Decisions Together With Text And Graphic Annexes, Analyses, Results Of Analyzes For Administrative Proceedings Under One Case Code. The Draft Decisions Listed In Point 1 Should Be Prepared By The Contractor In Accordance With The Act Of March 27, 2003. On Spatial Planning And Development (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130), Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 2023 Amending The Act On Spatial Planning And Development And Certain Other Acts (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1688), By Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of July 15 2024 On The Method Of Determining Requirements For New Development And Land Development In The Absence Of A Local Spatial Development Plan (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, No. 1116) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of August 26, 2003 On Markings And Nomenclature Used In Decisions On Determining The Location Of Public Purpose Investments And In Decisions On Development Conditions And Land Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2003, No. 164, Item 1589), As Well As In Accordance With Separate Provisions And Applicable Case Law. 3. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes Primarily: 1) In Relation To The Draft Decision On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment: A) Carrying Out The Analysis Referred To In Art. 53 Section 3 Of The Above-Mentioned Act Of March 27, 2003.
