The Subject Of The Consultation Is The Provision Of Various Services For Shows And Events In Saint-Joseph For The Year 2026. These Are The Necessary Services (Sound System, Lights, Video Projection, Podium, Etc.) For Recreational, Cultural And/Or Sporting Events Which May Be Organized Outdoors Or Indoors On The Territory Of The Municipality. The Form Chosen For This Contract Is A Framework Agreement Executed By Means Of Purchase Orders In Application Of Articles R.2162-2, R.2162-4 To R.2162-6 And R.2162-13 To R.2162-14 Of The Public Order Code. This Is A Single-Award Framework Agreement. The Services Are Broken Down Into The 4 Lots Below, Each Giving Rise To A Separate Contract. These Lots As Well As Their Amounts Excluding Tax, For The Initial Period Of The Market As Well As For Each Renewal Period If Applicable, Are Defined As Follows: Lot N°1: “Sound, Light And Backline For Live Shows” - Minimum 10,000 Excluding Tax / Maximum 300,000 Excluding Tax; Lot N°2: “Video Projection And Annexes” - Minimum 5,000 Excluding Tax / Maximum 150,000 Excluding Tax; Lot N°3: “Small Podium And Accessories” - Minimum 3,000 Excluding Tax / Maximum 200,000 Excl. Tax; Lot N°4: “Large Podium And Accessories” - Minimum 3,000 Excluding Tax / Maximum 150,000 Excluding Tax.
