Overview Information About The Object Perstorps Bostäder Ab Owns Two Properties On Bäckavägen 17, 19, 21, 23 And 25 In Perstorp, Which Were Built Around 1968-70 And Have Been Found Through Technical Investigations To Be In Need Of Extensive Construction And Installation Measures. The Total Boa And Loa Amounts To Approx. 11,900 Sq M. The Main Action Needs That This Project Must Cover Are Reported Below. 1. The Buildings Outer Shell. Facades Are In A Severely Deteriorated Condition And Must Be Remedied Through An Extensive Facade Renovation. Balconies Show Damage And Must Be Renovated And Supplemented With Glazed Balconies. The Roof Must Be Replaced To Ensure Moisture Safety And Long-Term Function. 2. Technical Installations The Ventilation System Lacks Heat Recovery And Must Be Replaced With A Modern System With An Intended Degree Of Recovery According To Todays Energy Requirements. The Heating System Is Outdated And Must Be Replaced Or Modernized To Achieve Energy-Efficient Operation. Substations Are Technically Out Of Date And Must Be Replaced With New, Energy-Efficient Units. 3. Environmental And Work Environment Measures Asbestos Has Been Found In Pipe Bends. Cleaning Must Be Carried Out By A Competent Contractor In Accordance With Current Legislation, Regulations And Work Environment Requirements. Handling, Transport And Disposal Of Hazardous Waste Must Take Place In Accordance With Current Regulations. 4. Energy And Sustainability Measures Must Be Planned And Implemented With The Goal Of Minimizing Climate Impact And Energy Consumption. The Planning Must Be Based On The Fact That The Finished Buildings Must Achieve A Modern, Energy-Efficient Standard In Line With Current Requirements For Energy Performance. 5. Implementation All Measures Must Be Planned To Minimize The Impact On Residents During The Implementation Of The Project. The Goals Of The Project Are To Create Attractive Residential Buildings With Low Energy Consumption And Carry Out A Renovation With The Least Possible Impact On Tenants.
