Technical Support And Maintenance For The Period Of Provision Of Services.1. The Supplier Must Ensure An Availability Ratio Of At Least 99.5% Per Month For All Types Of Purchased Services.2. In Order To Provide Service 7 Days A Week, 24 Hours A Day, The Supplier Must Provide Confirmation Of The Availability Of Its Own Technical Support Service.• A Technician Will Be Dispatched To Resolve Technical Problems That Cannot Be Resolved Over The Phone, Upon Request From The Client, On Weekdays And Saturdays From 09:00 To 19:00 (Local Time).
