Miscellaneous Business-Related Services – Organization And Management Service Of Company Canteen Distributed Via Electronic Card For Rai Employees In The City Of Rome Involved In Tv Productions In External Locations And In Locations Without An Internal Canteen. The Contract Concerns The Organization And Management Of The Widespread Company Canteen Service To Be Activated Via Electronic Card In A Network Of Businesses Located Near The Offices Affected By The Initiative As They Do Not Have An Internal Canteen, With Which The Contractor Will Have Stipulated Specific Agreements. The Service Includes The Following Services To Be Paid By The Contractor: - Preparation Of The Network Of Affiliated Businesses, Located At A Maximum Distance Of 10 Minutes On Foot From The Areas Indicated In Tables B Referred To In The Paragraph Businesses To Be Affiliated Of The Technical Specifications (Only For Locations With Proven Criticality Linked To The Location, It Will Be Possible To Provide For The Identification Of Businesses At A Greater Distance Than That Indicated Above To Be Submitted To Rai For Authorisation); - Issue And Configuration Of The Electronic Cards For The Service To Be Provided (See Paragraph Characteristics Of Electronic Cards Of The Technical Specifications); - Supply And Installation Of Electronic Devices For Reading Electronic Cards At Participating Businesses (For Example: Pos Terminals, Software Integrated Into The Cash Registers, Printers; Digital Applications, Etc.); - The Supply, For The Entire Duration Of The Contract, Of A Web Interface For Access To The Card Management System, Completely Free Of Charge And Without Any Charge To The Station Contracting Company, In Order To Facilitate The Activation/Deactivation Operations Of Both Physical And Electronic Cards, For The Entire Duration Of The Contract. The System Must Also Provide For The Activation/Deactivation Of Cards By Zones/Days/Time Slots Or By Number. Meal. Furthermore, The Management System Must Transmit The Usage Data To Rai According To The Specifications Detailed In The Paragraph Data Interface With Company It Systems Of The Technical Specifications; - Complete Technical Assistance On All The Hardware And Software Made Available By The Successful Tenderer; - Management, For The Entire Duration Of The Contract, Of All Relationships With The Affiliated Businesses, As Well As The Checks Required By Current Legislation With Respect To The Same. These Services, As Well As Any Other Charge Related To The Service, Are Compensated Within The Price Offered For Each Individual Meal Compared To The Starting Price Of €21.89 + Vat At 4% For The Type A Menu And €14.89 + Vat At 4% For The Type B Menu. The Presumed Total Amount Is Not Subject To Reduction And Represents A Non-Binding Spending Ceiling For Rai, Up To Which The Services Regularly Rendered Will Be Remunerated. The Actual Contractual Amount Can Only Be Determined In The Final Balance Based On The Number And Type Of Meals Actually Provided And Reported.
