The Main Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor Of The Project. Subcontractors Must Be Approved By The Developer. Pollutant Mapping. The Extension Of The Iv Machine Room Built On The Water Roof Will Be Carried Out Under An Industrial Weather Shelter. The Main Contractor Approves The Weather Protection Plan Drawn Up By The Supplier On The Customers Behalf Before Starting The Work. The Plan Must Take Into Account The Necessary Haul-Out Openings And The Opening Of The Weather Protection To Enable The Necessary Lifting And Technical Installations To Be Carried Out. Note: Bidders Are Required To Familiarize Themselves With The Construction Site And Working Conditions Before Submitting A Bid (=Requirement For Submitting A Bid). The Customer Has Reserved For The Bidders To Familiarize Themselves With The Site / Contract Area For The Period Of Weeks 7 - 8, The Bidder Will Present The Date For The Inspection To The Customer On Time Slot (By E-Mail To: Sami.Ervasti@Kuusamo.Fi, Tuomo.Raty@Kuusamo.Fi And Jukka.Myllyla@Kuusamo.Fi). Any Additional Questions From The Introduction Are Presented In Writing Through The Bid Service Supplier Portal, Where Answers And Clarifications Are Also Provided. The Customer Does Not Provide Explanations / Clarifications On The Spot. Implementation Schedule Of The Project 05 / 2026 - 01 / 2027. Before Starting The Work, The Main Contractor Prepares The General Schedule Of The Project For The Customer To Approve. As An Attachment To The Request For Tenders, The Principle Of Considering Phasing / Work Phases For The Preparation Of The Projects General Schedule. The Contractor Appoints A Responsible Foreman In Accordance With The Construction Permit, Who Must Be Available At The Site Within 1 Hour Every Day At The Developers Request, As Part Of The Contract. The Developer Has Appointed A Safety And Moisture Management Coordinator For The Site. Payments Are Made In Accordance With A Separate Payment Installment Table. Advance Payments Are Not Accepted Or Made. In The Approved Invoice, The Payment Term Is 14 Days, The Default Interest Is At Most In Accordance With Section 4 Subsection 1 Of The Interest Act. Billing, Delivery, Etc. Surcharges Are Not Accepted. The Yse 1998 Regulations And The Contract Program Are Followed For The Delay Fine Of The Project. The Supplier Must Have Adequate Liability Insurance For The Size Of The Project. When Insuring The Object, Yse 1998 Regulations And The Contract Program Are Followed. The Main Contractor Must Take Out Construction Work Insurance In Accordance With Yse 1998, § 38. He Is Responsible For The Site Services And Main Performance Obligations Of The Project In Accordance With The Main Contractors Contract Program And Yse 1998. The Customer Will Arrange Social And Break Rooms In The Basement Floor Of The Town Hall For The Contractors Use Free Of Charge. All Documents Must Be Submitted In Finnish. The Language Used In The Plans, On The Construction Site And In Meetings Is Finnish, The Developer Is Not Equipped For The Use Of An Interpreter. Contract Conditions, The General Contract Conditions For Construction Work Yse 1998 Are Followed. In Addition To The Conditions Mentioned In Other Documents, Standards And Regulations Of The Authority Must Be Followed In Procurement And Work. Collateral According To The Kuusamo Citys Collateral Guidelines.
