The Construction Work Includes The Construction Of The Basic Improvement Project Of The Mustikkamaa Sports Park In Accordance With The Tender Documents, With All Works And Purchases Fully Completed. The Contract Includes The Construction Of The Mustikkamaa Sports Park To The Extent Indicated In The Contract Documents. It Is A Fundamental Improvement Of The Sports Park That Has Already Been Built And Is In Use. The Work Area Also Includes The Work On The Connected Streets To The Extent Required To Connect The Structures. The Contract Will Renew The Lighting, Build The Water Supply, And Implement A New Playground And Green Areas Of The Park. At The Same Time, The Tracks Are Renewed And New Furniture Is Installed. In Addition To The Aforementioned, The Parking Lot Connected To The Sports Park Will Be Renovated. The Builder Is The Public Areas Service Of The City Of Helsinkis Urban Environment Department, Which Also Acts As A Customer In Accordance With Yse 98. The Contract Includes The Following Intermediate Goals: Intermediate Goal 1: The Football Field Must Be Ready For The Installation Of The Coating By August 7, 2026. The Work According To The Contract Documents Must Be Ready And Received By The Authorities And Inspection Bodies The Required Inspections Held As Approved On September 30, 2026. The Form Of Contract Is A Total Contract, Where The Contractor Selected For The Work Acts As The Main Contractor Acting As The Main Contractor As Intended By Yse And The Legislation. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Site Management Duties And Site Services, Which Also Apply To The Separate Contracts Of Section 1.8 Of The Contract Program And The Separate Procurements Of The Developer In Section 3.4. The Contract Requires Compliance With The Employment Conditions According To The Appendix Employment Conditions Bidding Document 2025. The Work Is Done As A Total Price Contract. The Work Land Is Implemented In Its Entirety As A Low-Emission Construction Site, The Requirements Of Which Can Be Found In The Contract Boundary Appendix. The Quantities Presented In The Plans Are Not Binding On The Customer. In Terms Of Overall Economy, The Offer That Is The Cheapest In Price Among The Offers That Meet The Requirements For The Suitability Of The Provider Set By The Developer. The Subcontractor/Subcontractor Of The Contractor In The Customers Contractual Relationship Has The Right To Further Subcontract/Subcontract The Work. Chaining The Procurement/Contract Beyond This Is Not Possible Without A Particularly Well-Founded Reason, And The Written Consent Of The Customer/Builder Must Be Obtained.
