A Movable Space-Element Daycare Center To Be Acquired In The Village Of Kittilä Kaukonen. The Acquisition Is Carried Out By Renting The Daycare Center With A 10 + 10-Year Lease Agreement. The Comparison Price Of The Offer Is The Total Price Of The 20-Year Contract Period, Which Must Cover All Costs, Except For Electricity, Water, Etc. Applies For A Building Permit And Is Responsible For The Costs Of The Permit. The Customer Reserves The Right To Suspend The Procurement Procedure If The Building Permit Is Not Granted. 20% Smaller Than Specified In The Space Program. The Space Elements Offered Must Meet The Energy Efficiency Regulations Of A Permanent Building In Force At The Time Of Construction. The Heating Of The Building Offered Must Be Geothermal And Heat Distribution Method Floor Heating. The Offeror Must Dismantle And Transport The Building With Its Foundations Within 1 Year After The End Of The Contract Period, Unless Otherwise Mutually Agreed. Possible Redemption Will Be Agreed Separately. The Reference Location Of The Object And The Fencing Of The Yard Area Are Shown In The Attachments.
